Belarusian State Technological University and Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) announce competitive selection of candidates for a masters’ distance learning program in the "Real Estate Management" specialty.
The program has been created for the highly qualified motivated individuals having professional interest in the issues of the property management (including the international aspect), having completed the first stage of higher education and obtained at least bachelor's degree or an appropriate degree of university education.
The Program is 2 years long (4 semesters). The form of studies is distant. The volume of the Program is 90 credits under the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS)
Graduates who successfully complete the training program, including obligatory part – student mobility, will receive a double Master's degree: Master of Science in Management of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and the degree of Master of management in the " Real Estate Management" specialty of Belarusian State Technological University.
The graduates who successfully complete the program and defend their master's thesis, acquire an academic degree "Master of Management". They receive two diplomas: BSTU diploma, which is recognized by the Union State, and VGTU diploma that is recognized in the European Union.
The individuals, having completed the first stage of higher education in the following specialities, obtained in Belarusian higher educational establishments:
1-25 economy, 1-26 management, economics and organization of 1-27 production;
1-36 11 construction and public utilities, 1-69 architecture, building 1-70;
1-56 land management; 1-74 04 construction and equipping of rural areas; 1-75 forestry and garden construction;
1 - 96 economic security,
may apply for the Program in BSTU.
The language of instruction and assessment is Russian.
The documents admission deadline is September 5, 2011
Education is for a fee, the total cost of education is: for the citizens of the Republic of Belarus – 4.2 million belarussian rubles per year; for foreign citizens – 1270 EUR per year. The duration of training is 2 years.
